The mission of PJ Rules is to:

• Develop newMedia products to keep their development skills strong
• Give newMedia graduates a chance to enhance their production skills
• Introduce a new audience to the digital world

Phil Cowcill started his career in multimedia by shooting parts of the video, creating graphics and programming Level III Interactive Laser Videodiscs (IVD). Mr. Cowcill hasn't stopped there. Look in the About Us section to see what else he has been up to.

John MacDonald started programming in C and Basic in the mid 80s. He has continued to push his skills as he has taken on the development of a number of Web and CD based applications. His current project is developing a Windows version of an OHIP approved billing software.
